IT Helpdesk Agent (1-10-31111/PR)
Task(s):
- For our client, an international company providing customer services, we are looking for candidates for an IT SUPPORT position just near to Warsaw.
Role Overview:
- Provide technical support and customer service to customers
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer, adjust approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and show empathy for the customers at all times
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners
Requirement(s):
- - Excellent Customer Service skills
- Very good orientation in Information Technologies
- Fluency in both English and an additional European language
