Industry Leader
  • As an Industry Leader you are expected to perform business analytics and optimization engagement activities ranging from pre-sales to sales to delivery as required by the sales team or partners within different sectors. 
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement solutions to solve complex industry problems
    • Support sales teams in engagement pursuits: develop project objectives, scope, approach, timeline. 
    • Identify and resolve critical and complex client industry-related issues across projects
    • Direct requirements gathering, analysis, development of hypotheses/conclusions, production of final reports and delivery of presentations
    • Oversee solution delivery and assist in securing new and follow-on work. Ensure project is delivered on time and budget
    • Invest time in the professional development of other consultants and act as mentor or manager
    • Establish relationships with client executives and be recognized as an expert in their field
    Requirements:
    • More than 10 years solid experience in selling and delivering business analytics and optimization related solutions
    • Recognized as an expert in any solution areas mentioned below:
      • Information / Data Architecture
      • Data warehouse Architecture
      • MDM Solutions
      • Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Balanced Scorecard
      • Data Mining Solutions
      • Enterprise Content Management Solutions
    • Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and strong leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management
    • Possess excellent analytical skills, with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses
    • Demonstrating a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering (internal or external) client satisfaction
